The purpose of Rowan County Chamber of Commerce is to assist business owners and those planning to go into business in Rowan County. Since 1925, the Rowan County Chamber of Commerce has served as a gatekeeper, facilitating the recognition of opportunity and providing an environment for the successful consensus of diverse interests, ideas, and issues in the region. It acts as a catalyst, partner, and coalition-builder for many activities and organizations, and serves as the front door to Rowan County by handling thousands of its visitors, telephone calls, and letters annually.
