Buckley Smith, a native Southern Californian, has always had a passion for boats. At the age of eight, he built his first model with his father, and at nineteen he began selling his pen and ink drawings while living in Hawaii. At twenty-four he built his own 32 ft. sailboat, which he sailed half way around the world, supporting himself with his art.
He offers murals, wood carvings, drawings, and paintings.
