Monte Vista Hotel

The Monte Vista consists of three buildings; the Main Building, the Farmhouse, and the First Floor Wing. The Main Building is a three-story brick building with wide, cool porches that was built in 1935. The first floor consists of a spacious lobby, dining room (seats 80 comfortably), a lounge, a gift shop and office. The sleeping rooms are on the second and third floors. All rooms in the main building have private baths and showers. A recreation room (called Rosie’s Cantina) with pool tables, darts, ping pong, TV and a jukebox is in the basement and serves beer and wine. The farmhouse has 15 sleeping rooms, a small sitting room and a front porch. Three of the rooms have private baths. The first floor wing has 16 small rooms with private bath.
