Panzanella Restaurant

The Panzanella is a local restaurant that focuses on fresh, clean ingredients, prepared with skill and served with sincerity. It is a Carrboro's community-owned Italian Eatery. The cornerstone of the restaurant, however, is considered by many to be the bread, produced on site at the Weaver Street Market Bakery. Crusty country French loaves, sesame-topped semolina, and focaccia, are just a few of the varieties served with dinner.
