Southeastern Regional Medical Center (SRMC) is the hub of a comprehensive health care system. Their modern, not-for-profit, fully-accredited medical center is operated by a 15-member Board of Trustees chosen from among community leaders across the county. SRMC is licensed for 314 beds and also operates a 115-bed long term care center. They serve more than 13,000 inpatients and 275,000 outpatients each year. Their staff of 1,900 employees and 115 physicians are pledged to carrying out their mission in a professional and caring manner.
