Southeastern Regional Medical Center (SRMC) is the hub of a comprehensive health care system. Their modern, not-for-profit, fully-accredited medical center is operated by a 15-member Board of Trustees chosen from among community leaders across the county. SRMC is licensed for 314 beds and also operates a 115-bed long term care center. They serve more than 13,000 inpatients and 275,000 outpatients each year.
