Haywood is a retirement community with many care plans. It has three divisions, such as retirement center, lodge, and haywood villa. The retirement center is a licensed adult care home offering services to those with more extensive health care needs. The lodge offers two styles of luxury assisted living apartments for those with a more independent lifestyle. Haywood Villa is the independent living apartment offering one bedroom, a full kitchen, dining room, living room and spacious bath. They provide additional programs and services, including a resident round table discussion, barber/beauty shop and private meeting rooms for family gatherings. A spa room for therapeutic or relaxation purposes is also provided.
