The farm has a club house which consists of a dining area with a handmade table that will seat 8 and a kitchen that provides all of the necessities, including a microwave and dishwasher. All lots include utilities such as public water supply, sewer and 50 amp electric service. A room which overlooks 15 acres of farm and a beautiful lake is a popular place to relax.
