William E. Poole designs range from Southern Classics to New England Colonial with influences from the West Indies, Palladian, Victorian, Georgian, Italianate, French Country and even contemporary design. Poole's designs are classic and he has expanded from designing houses to including furnishings or accessories. In 1993, Poole relocated his firm from Raleigh, North Carolina, to the historic district of Wilmington.
