River Camp USA is located on the historic New River in the Blue Ridge Mountains. It features riverfront campsites, tents and popups with water and electricity, full RV hookups, and separate Creekside camping area with fire rings and bath house. Picnic tables, playground, and laundry are also available. Outdoor activities include canoeing, fishing, hiking, and biking. There is a country store with snacks, beverages, ice, firewood, fishing supplies, bait, and limited groceries. Blue Ridge Parkway, Shatley Springs Restaurant, world famous Frescoes, and mountain crafts and antiques are nearby.
