Mohall Public Library, serving an area of 800 residents, has a collection of 7,800 books and periodicals; in addition, there are 161 CDs, records, cassettes and other audio materials.
Staffing consists of one employee, plus volunteers. Annual expenditures on the library collection total $3,500. Patrons make 1,540 visits annually, and check out materials 3,100 times. Thirty-three percent of all check-outs are children's materials.
