The Firm is an acronym for First Independent Residential Mortgage. It is a mortgage brokerage specializing in personal service. When possible, Loan Originators will go to the borrower's home or office to assist with the Mortgage Loan Application paperwork. In addition, evening and weekend appointments are welcome. The firm will assist you for purchasing a new home, refinancing an existing mortgage or if you need a 2nd mortgage. It serves the states of Nebraska, Iowa, Colorado, South Dakota and Wyoming.
