Memorial Hospital was established in 1964 and is licensed for 15 acute care and 25 skilled care beds. It is a private, nonprofit hospital that offers a full range of primary care services. In addition to the Active Medical Staff residing in the community, the hospital is served by a Courtesy Staff of approximately 100 specialists from
Lincoln,
Hastings,
Kearney and
Grand Island. Patients generally do not need to leave the community for specialty care due to the variety and frequency of specialty outpatient clinics available at the hospital.
