Osmond is located in Pierce County north of Norfolk, between Plainview and Randolph.

The population estimate for July 1, 1998 was 753, a decrease of 21 since 1990.

Incorporated on December 19, 1890, Osmond's heritage includes a variety of backgrounds including German, Bohemian, Swedish, Danish, English, and Irish.

Popular attractions throughout the town of Osmond include: Poolside Park, Memorial Park, Osmond's Rodeo Arena, 6-lane bowling alley, public library and a Senior Citizen Center.
