Oxford is located at the junction of US Hwy 136 & Hwy 46, situated in
Furnas County south of
Holdrege, between
Arapahoe and
Orleans along the banks of the Republican River.
The population estimate for July 1, 1998 was 879, a decrease of 70 since 1990.
