Strang Public Library, serving an area of 32 residents, has a collection of 720 books and periodicals; in addition, there are 7 CDs, records, cassettes and other audio materials19 video items, such as DVDs and VHS tapes.
Staffing consists solely of volunteers. Annual expenditures on the library collection total $154. Patrons make 140 visits annually, and check out materials 370 times. Thirty-three percent of all check-outs are children's materials.
