Caterpillar snow tractors shuttle skiers up the slopes. Blomidon is the only cat skiing operation in eastern North America. It offers 7,000+ skiable acres, qualified guides, shuttle service, snacks, and lunch. They also accommodate telemark and Nordic touring skiers, and is proud to offer an equipment rental program for telemark and Nordic plus guided Nordic trips to areas including Gros Morne National Park. The ski day includes five runs in the morning, and five runs in the afternoon; for a total ski experience of over 12-14,000 vertical feet.
