Bistro Nouveau, located in Claremont, Sullivan County, is a "from scratch" kitchen. They provide the freshest possible ingredients made to order. Their chef team have culinary arts school degrees and has traveled around experiencing different flavors and cuisines. Also, all entrees are paired with suggested wines and offer wine dinners throughout the year. They serve over 35 wines by the glass and bottle organized in a system that separates the different varietals and groups them according to price range. The decor has a "big city" bold feel, decorated in vibrant blue hues, along with bright gold tones and the artwork is eclectic and colorful.
