Black Sword Aikido is a martial discipline for strengthening the body, mind, and spirit through the training of Aikido. It combines the focused awareness of weapons training with the dynamic movements of Ueshiba Aikido. Its techniques consist of joint locks, throws, pins, strikes to the body's vulnerable points, various weapons including sword, staff, and knife. Black Sword Aikido provides classes for men and women of all ages.
