Pines Guest House

Pines Guest House is located in Durham on 14 acre grounds including extensive Beard's Creek and Oyster River frontage with open fields and woods. It is situated just a half mile from University of New Hampshire on its main roadway and was originally a private 26 room Victorian mansion that dates back to 1870.

They offer clean and comfortable rooms with television, VCR, air-conditioned and high speed internet access. Each room has its own specialty, named after members of the families who once lived there. Original furnishings and memorabilia are found throughout the home. The radio room has family antique furnishings. Also, plush furniture, real paintings and Oriental rugs are found throughout the rooms.
