The owners were influenced by both Memphis and Texas styles of cooking, which they enjoyed while once having lived in Texas, Arkansas, and North Carolina.
Their menu offers such items as smoked beef brisket, pulled pork, turkey, Texas hot links, and their famous ribs, along with side orders made in-house and salads. They also offer barbeque packs to go and will cater for a party of 1 to 1,000 people. All catering packages are custom tailored around tastes and budgets. All of their menu items are also available in bulk or portioned servings.
