Greenfield New Hampshire

Greenfield is located in Hillsborough County. Accommodations in Greenfield include Greenfield Bed And Breakfast Inn.

First settled by the Lynde Family in 1763, the town was called Lyndeborough Addition. The Monadnock hills cut off the town's schools and churches and so therefore in 1791 the residents petitioned for the right to create a separate town. The town was called Greenfield to designate its geographic location on a level ground between hills.

Local attractions include Crotched Mountain Ski & Ride Area, Greenfield State Park, and Otter Lake. Just a short distance from Manchester and Concord, visitors will find many cultural activities and shops.
