The kitchen has been recently remodeled. It also has a small living room, kitchen and screened porch. Beach access to Lake Winnipesaukee is just 0.1 miles away, beyond the Winnipesaukee Scenic Railroad, on Paugus Bay. It is a private association beach, available to members or renters. This camp style cottage is located in a very quiet, private area, but is only a 5 minute drive to all Weirs Beach attractions.
