The Doris E. offers scenic and sunset cruises in Meredith Bay and shuttle service between Weirs Beach and Meredith. Visitors can also take a dinner and dance cruise on Lake Winnipesaukee. The Sophie C. takes on passengers as she delivers mail to the islands. This tradition dates back to 1892. The Sophie C. is the last remaining "floating post office" in the U.S. A very enjoyable and unique experience that offers a glimpse of summer life enjoyed by the island residents.
