TEstablished in 1896, the Lakeview Bed and Breakfast offers four guestrooms namely, The Bear's Den, The Moose's Lodge, The Wolf's Lair and The Loon's Nest. The Bear's Den is a 3rd floor suite that has a great view of Lake Winnisquam, a King size bed, gas log fireplace, and a Jacuzzi whirlpool bath. The Moose's Lodge is a deluxe room with private bath and has a queen size bed. The Loon's Nest is a comfy room with a double bed. The Wolf's Lair is a standard room with queen size bed, and it shares a bath with one other room. All of the rooms have color television with cable and have views of Lake Winnipesaukee, Winnisquam, Squam Lake (Hollywood movie 'On Golden Pond') and the mountains beyond. They also have an on-site spa and a Gazebo. Guests have a choice of a full American style breakfast or the German breakfast that includes German breads and rolls, cold cuts, hardboiled egg, and cheeses. Area attractions include Jays Marina, Gunstock Ski Mountain and The Annalee Doll Shop & Museum.
