Northern Ballet Theatre offers to a variety of audiences through main-stage touring, lecture demonstrations, residencies, in-school performances, community outreach, and free public performances. It is also trains nascent dancers through instruction and regular performing opportunities. Its dance centre provides the atmosphere and training that will nurture both the potential artist and the dance student. In addition to the regular classes in ballet technique, pointe variations, and pas de deux, the curriculum includes modern dance, jazz, musical theater dance, yoga, ballroom, Pilates, and tap styles. Since the school and the company are housed under one roof, many exciting and unique opportunities arise for both the student and the professional. Classes for adults are provided.
