Comments: We rented a property listed by Leslie Rice. The property was in terrible condition and when discussed with Leslie she was rude. She actually hung up on us in mid-sentence. When we vocalized our complaints to Allan Dechert, we never received any follow-up. Overall, this is very disappointing for a small, resort town that lives of our vacation rentals and vacationers. Based on our treatment, specifically by Leslie Rice, we would never consider renting a property listed by her again. We would also never use Ferguson Dechert. We were four adult professionals. We are reputable and have never had any problems in any of the other places or with any of the other agents we have rented from. Leslie could use a lesson in customer service. I hope she treats her other customers better because she won't need to worry about us. We won't be providing her with any more commissions or business; nor will our friends.
