Search Alpine New Jersey

Bergen County holds a very mysterious, almost satanic stone tower. Devil's Tower located in Alpine has many legends to its name and stands as an Alpine mystery. The tower was once owned by a rich man that built the tower so that his wife could see the city of New York.

One tragic night he was having an affair and his wife saw it from the top of the tower and she through herself from the tower to her death. After her death he closed the underground tunnel and stopped work on the tower.

Legend is if you drive around the tower three to six times backwards then the ghost of the dead wife is supposed to appear. If you walk around it backwards the same amount of time the Devil himself is supposed to appear.
