Fralinger's Original Salt Water Taffy was founded by Joseph Fralinger in 1885, the first taffy concession on the Atlantic City Boardwalk. Always an innovator, Fralinger chocolate-covered the taffy, filled the centers, and more. Stores were later opened in Atlantic City, Ocean City, and Cape May. They also maintain a store online.
