Located just one block from the ocean, the Beacon House offers an ambiance which is uniquely its own. Built in the classic style of a grand Victorian seaside inn, the house dates from 1879. Its two spacious guest houses are framed by panoramic wrap around porches, and dressed with handsome green and white awnings and canopies. Each bedroom is accented with fluffy pillow shams and plump feathery comforters to create a cozy and relaxing setting. All have private bathrooms and air conditioning, and many have fireplaces as well. A pool and relaxing lounge area are located between the two main guest houses.
