With its ocean views and Victorian charm, the historic King's Cottage is located less than a block from the beach and one block from Washington Street Mall. This three-story "Stick Style" Victorian Cottage is an exquisite example of the work of noted architect Frank Furness. Set in the railings are ceramic tiles which were part of the Japanese exhibition fromPhiladelphia Centennial of 1876. Taking full advantage of its location, the rooms -- all with private baths -- and the two wicker filled verandas optimize the ocean views. The interior has been lovingly restored and furnished in true Victorian fashion to reflect the grandeur of the period.
