This park comprises 22 acres of the original 70-acre estate of prominent businessman Fred Kuser. The Kuser family helped finance William Fox to start the Fox Film Corp., later to become Twentieth Century Fox. A private projection and viewing room are among the 17 rooms open in the 22-room mansion. Built in 1892 by German craftsmen, the house is furnished in original and period pieces. A self-guided walking tour visits the formal garden, tennis house, windmill, bandstand-size gazebo and other outbuildings. Picnic and playground facilities are available; complete and abbreviated house tours are available.
