The Kipper'Z Restaurant is Avalon's newest place to dine. It features contemporary, continental cuisine in a fine dining and smoke free atmosphere. It offers items like mussels with white wine and tarragon and chilled asparagus with herbed mustard sauce. Kipper'Z features many specialty salads including a pear walnut bleu cheese salad with raspberry vinaigrette. The half roasts duckling with apples rosemary and maple syrup, and the poached Atlantic salmon with fresh dill sea salt and extra virgin olive oil, and homemade desserts are the other items offered.
