The Ship Inn is a pub and microbrewery, featuring fresh-brewed ales in the English tradition, as well as an extensive menu of single malts, hard ciders and imported beers. The Ship was opened in May 1985 after extensive renovations to the 1860's Victorian building. It features the original tin ceiling, beams and handmade brickwork. The building was originally a bakery, then an ice cream parlor with a speak-easy in the backroom during the Prohibition Era.
