The house includes a living room, dining room, full kitchen with flatware, glassware and all the conveniences of home, 2 bedrooms with Queen beds each of which adjoins the bath.

Brown's Guesthouse is the perfect site to conduct a strategic off-site meeting. It combines privacy and a relaxed atmosphere. Looking out at the rolling fields and the panoramic Pennsylvania cliffs overlooking the Delaware River provides the perfect atmosphere for strategic planning, training or negotiations.

At the end of the day, enjoy a reception together with a Hot Air Balloon ride departing from the lawn. Brown's is within an hour and a quarter of either your New York or Philadelphia boardroom.
