Its grape selection includes Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Traminette, Seyval Blanc, Leon Millot, Marechal Foch, Cayuga White, and Niagara. The winery prides itself in making fine hand crafted wines from the best fruits available. It combines the art and science of winemaking, employ Old World traditional winemaking techniques, and utilize American and French Oak barrels to produce top quality, handcrafted wines. It also features a wine school, which offers a unique opportunity to learn the art and science of winemaking.
