Located in Milford, Volendam Windmill Museum, is a running grist mill found in Hunterdon County. The sixty-foot mill was built and designed by Paul Jorgenson and his wife. It reaches seven stories and has sail arms that are 68 feet from one end to the other. The mill is not in use at the moment but can still be viewed. It displays old milling tools, ancient millstones, and wooden shoes. The area around the mill is a perfect place to stop and have a picnic after viewing the mill.
