Founded in 1979, Hunterdon Hospice is a Medicare-certified, non-profit organization providing physical, spiritual, psychosocial and bereavement support for persons with a life threatening illness in Hunterdon County and its contiguous areas. It is accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) and is a member of the National Hospice Organization (NHO), Hunterdon Healthcare System, New Jersey Hospice Organization, Hospice Network of New Jersey, and the United Way of Hunterdon County.
