Truth or Consequences, Cuchillo was founded in the 1850s as a stage stop. Often called a ghost town, it is still the home of a number of families and buildings, including a historic church, a cafe and the Cuchillo Museum, general store and Old West Bar, housed in a 150 year old adobe.
