The Hacienda Nicholas Inn is an old adobe home that was built in 1910 and is located in the heart of Santa Fe. The inn features a central great room, thick wooden vigas, softly colored hand-troweled plaster walls and a fireplace. All of the seven bedrooms feature wrought iron or carved wood four-poster beds, private baths decorated with unique and charming Mexican tiles, telephones, cable TV and air conditioning. Three of the rooms are especially romantic with king size beds, fireplaces, and doorways onto the courtyard. The inn also has a outdoor kiva fireplace. Isabella's garden, filled with roses, wisteria, iris, daisies, pansies and geraniums, provides an ideal setting for breakfasts or afternoon tea.
