Red River is in Taos County, and in the Northeast New Mexico region. I'ts located just northeast of Taos between Taos and the Colorado state line along Highway 38 near the Rio Grande River.

There are 138 miles of well-marked trails within our beautiful valley. You can also enjoy golfing, rodeo, four wheeling, mountain biking, horseback riding, and fishing on the Rio Colorado, or "Red River".
