Middleton

Middleton is on the northwest side of Nova Scotia. From Middleton, Route 10 crosses the peninsula to Bridgewater.

Middleton was originally known as Gates Ferry, after the original settler, Oldham Gates, who arrived from Massachusets in 1760.
