Three miles S of Hwy 102 at Exit 11. A fifty-acre park set in natural woodlands. Many native animals and birds, and a few exotic species. Park animals are wild; children must be accompanied by adults. Creighton Forest Environment Centre provides static and interactive displays on wildlife and their habitats, tree growth and wetlands; photographic exhibit of the animals in winter. Large picnic park and playground. Open May 15-October 15 - hours: 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, October 16 - May 14 - hours: 9:00 am to 3:00 pm - weekends only. Admission adults $3, youth $1, children under six free; group discounts. Gift shop, public restrooms, bus tours welcome, restaurant & takout, handicapped accessible.
