Located just 10 minutes east of The Strip Piero Broglia has been cooking in Las Vegas for more than 25 years; now he is doing it his way at this elegant restaurant that sports paintings of Frank Sinatra and Paul Anka. The menu features traditional Continental and old-world Italian specialties; the seafood risotto and roasted peppers and greens are standouts. Great food in a nice, refined atmosphere enhanced by live piano music, a nice alternative to the hotels. Reservations recommended.
