Dylan's Dance Hall Saloon

Located a few minutes off the Strip, near Sam's Town Hotel, Dylan's was voted the best place to dance in the 1994 Las Vegas Review-Journal readers' poll. The country-western dance hall is rustic honky-tonk where cowboys and girls come to line dance and do West Coast swing. If you don't know the steps, they'll teach you free each day from 7-9 p.m. There are live bands Sunday through Wednesday and music from an award-winning D.J, the rest of the week. You can munch on ribs and stuff, and $10 buys an unlimited mug of beer (you even get to keep the mug). Dylan's just opened a more upscale version called D.J.'s, downtown at 3015 Fremont Street. A free bus takes patrons back and forth all night long, and you can even bring your beer along! Free admission.
