Comments: I also took the grehound bus with 4 children. from montrose to nogales arizona. the trip was fine until we got to alb NM. they sold to many tickets and so there was not enough room for all 5 of us, so the next buswas 8 hours from then since i had 4 kids i had to get a motel and they did not offer me a discount or anything to help me not even a sorry. when i got back at the time they said 2am that bus was full so i had to wait 3 more hoursin line while they searched every one getting on the bus it felt like a ary envasion. meanwhile the employees were very rude to every one. when we got on the bus my 8 year old had to sit on my lap to phoenix. they did niot refund my seat. dont take greyhoud. fly or take the rtrain.

Comments: If you are a woman and have children Greyhound Bus is not for you. Please save yourself agony and despair by taking Amtrak where you can purchase a sleeper private bedroom that has a private bath. I made the mistake of taking Greyhound with my newborn baby. We pulled into a cafe for a 30 minute dinner. I was in the restroom for 20 minutes, when I came out, the bus was gone. I panicked. Another bus that was going to my destination pulled up. It was full and the only seat available was in the front where drivers don't want anyone to sit. I went to the back where there was one seat next to a guy who was pure evil. He told me to stand holding my newborn and not to sit next to him. he glared at me and threatened to hit me. When i arrived at the bus station, I told customer service and they were nasty to me and called me vulgar names. I thought I was in Hell. I will never subject myself to this abuse again and pay for it. I have noticed that most of Greyhounds clientele are mental patients,
