The Galena Forest Restaurant offers traditional escargot with herb garlic butter, button mushrooms in a port wine reduction sauce, prawns wrapped in fresh basil and phyllo with romesco sauce, house salad, spinach salad with warm pancetta dressing, filet of salmon stuffed with marscapone, chicken piccata, New Zealand rack of lamb, Moroccan spiced lamb shank and grilled pork tenderloin medallions. They serve a wide selection of wines with champagne. They also make arrangements for weddings, anniversaries, birthday celebrations, meetings and corporate dinners.
