The Mirage made a big splash when it opened its 54-foot-high volcano. It's a pretty spectacular sight when it erupts in a blaze, spewing smoke and fire 100 feet into the air. Since it happens every 30 minutes from dusk until midnight, it's easy to catch at least one or two eruptions while you're in town.
