Dinner is served from 6:00 to 11:00 p.m. The lovely dining room is accented with crystal chandeliers and handpainted murals overlooking the Desert Inn's gardens and pool area. The menu offers veal and game, as well as fine traditional dishes. They feature a large selection of French and California wines. Jacket requested for dining and reservations required.
