The Las Vegas Grand Desert resort, Fairfield's flagship Western property, features a 12-story tower with a food court and a 16-story tower that will include restaurant and retail space. Built in Italian Mediterranean style, the building's rich ochres and terra cottas reflect the warmth and serene beauty of the desert.The units themselves offer casual comfort and Mediterranean dcor. All units will feature whirlpool tubs in the master suites, with special penthouse units over 2,400 square feet in size.Both buildings overlook the terraced central-amenities courtyard, which will feature a lap pool, a kiddie pool, a lagoon-style freeform pool, a spacious lawn and open deck spaces with outdoor seating. Amenities will include a multi-purpose room for social functions and a health club with exercise equipment, two massage rooms and a sauna.
