The Lenz Winery, located in Peconic, is a relatively small winery making wines to exacting standards. Most of its wines are estate bottled. It grows only vinifera grape varieties including chardonnay, gewürztraminer, merlot, cabernet sauvignon, cabernet franc, and pinot noir.
